Error acess Website sophos

help in my company we have an XG 230 all the rules are configured and working we could go the other web pages. but when we try to access our web page from the internal network the firewall takes us to the authentication page. already pointed the host in AD to the service provider even internally does not go out to page: result: funae.co.mz/.../login.jsp whenever I go to www.funae.co.mz, how can I access my page?

my Full Domain NAme is: Funae.co.mz

Hello sansao machiana,

Thank you for reaching out to the community, Under the System > Administration > Admin and User settings > Admin console and end-user interaction > What is the Port configured for the user portal ? If it is 443 then try using a unique port other than 443 and something like 4443 or 8443

then the user portal access will be something like: https://funae.co.mz:4443 OR https://funae.co.mz:8443

Hi sansao,

Can you check the logs, packet capture, and check destination IP, FW ID, and NAT ID and other information that might help why it is being redirected on your FW web portal?
