XG not available when creating SD-WAN Connection Group

We have 3 XG firewalls managed in Central, 1 XG135 and 2 XG115. When I try to create an SD-WAN Connection Group only the XG135 and 1 of the XG115 show in Available Firewalls. All 3 are running v19.0.0, all are licensed for Central Orchestration, and none are part of a previous Connection Group.

Anyone know where to start troubleshooting this?

  • There is no error given, just the lack of that firewall being listed in the available Firewalls for the SDWan group.

    The OS of the the Firewall in question is (SFOS 19.0.0 GA-Build317) 

    I'm having issues trying to login to the console with what should be the admin password, are these logs I can get to with the Log Viewer? Once I can get to them, how best to get them to you? If you have access to case 05550147, it should have information about remote support access.
