XG not available when creating SD-WAN Connection Group

We are in a similar position.  We are rolling out 4 Sophos FWs with the intent to connect them in an SDWan group.
3 of the 4 firewalls are physical (2 x XGS126, 1xXGS2300), the fourth is a virtual firewall (SFV4C6).  The virtual firewall is the only one that doesn't show up as available to include in the group, and unfortunately it's the one that's needed the most.

I've opened a support case (yesterday), but don't have an answer just yet. Was wondering if the referenced re-sync was beneficial?

Thank you for the update, can you share a error screenshot if there is any. And can you share the following logs from the virtual XG:
>fwcm-heartbeatd.log
>fwcm-eventd.log

And also the firmware details of the XGFW...

There is no error given, just the lack of that firewall being listed in the available Firewalls for the SDWan group.

I'm having issues trying to login to the console with what should be the admin password, are these logs I can get to with the Log Viewer? Once I can get to them, how best to get them to you? If you have access to case 05550147, it should have information about remote support access.

Done, and I posted a picture of the heartbeat log. I'm a newbie and don't know yet how to copy the logs off the firewall itself.

Not able to determine based on the screenshot, it would be great if you can share the support access on the email thread !!

I was able to see now, thank you for the update. Based on the logs I am suspecting an issue related to NC-83445.
Please upgrade the Virtual appliance to v19.0 MR-1
