Hello there,
Thank you for contacting the Sophos Community.
Most likely, the issue is related to the Encryption not being initialized on the box.
Can you run the following command from the Advanced Shell (5>3)
# nsgenc status
And provide the output.
Also, make sure if this box is new, that you are setting the Secure Storage Master Key when prompted for ti.

I had tried to reset secure storage master key, but But there is no option for me to choose.
