Heartbeat issues as per Resolved Advisory notice

Hi,

I have been receiving e-mails from Sophos advising one or more of my XGs does not have current version. So, today I decided to investigate further.

1/. a brand new XG115w with the latest version of the software according to the notice still has the issue.

2/, after upgrading the XG115w to v19 EAP 2 the issue is still present.

3/. the instructions in the Resolved Advisory do not work on Safari using an Apple keyboard, I get full control of the volume  of the speakers.

So, please advise how to fix the issue?

  • HI,

    the heartbeat.log does not have any entries after the 7th Feb whereas the hbtrust.log has entries for yesterday.

    I suspect I will have to delete the XG115w from central and add it again as has been done a number of times, but seeing there are two entries for the same licence which could be causing some of the issues this time.

  • Seems like the firewall is not able to request the new certificate. Did you rejoin Central already?

  • I have done this a number of times with the same fat; result each time. This is on two different XG, one software and one hardware.

  • By process of elimination, the issue has to be with my CM account, so how do I fix that delete the accountant start again?
