Heartbeat trial ended - Services status is dead and red icon -UPDATE

I have tried Security Heartbeat for 30 days and now the trial period expired. On dashboard the service icon is red and clicking it brings me to System Dashboard menu where "heartbeat service status says dead".

  • Hi, this is the service error,

    If you try to do service -S on advanced shell you'll see this

    if you don't need heartbeat just try to restart the service with

    service heartbeat:restart -ds nosync

    this command set heartbeat service as UNREGISTERED so it'll fix the red icon problem.

    Now the service would look like this

    And the problem seems to be fixed after reloading WebGui

    thank you for that fix. I went to try your solution on my V19 EAP but I don't have access to the advanced shell. So stuck with a red service failure flag.
