Heartbeat trial ended - Services status is dead and red icon

Hi All,


I have tried Security Heartbeat for 30 days and now the trial period expired. On dashboard the service icon is red and clicking it brings me to System Dashboard menu where "heartbeat service status says dead".


Restarting the XG does not help and there is no way to stop the service too using Web GUI.

Anyway to remove this alert?

    I know it is kind of late, but you should be able go to the Security Heartbeat, Click configure and re-enter the credentials you originally signed up for the demo with and click on Register. you should be able to then click "Enable Security Heartbeat" toggle to turn Security Heartbeat off, and select "Clear Registration". The Services gear should turn to yellow instead of red and clear out on the next reboot. 

    Could anyone confirm?, it worked for me on my XG 310.

    Thank you.  It worked however now it is yellow.  Yellow is better than red however it is still annoying.  Thanks for your help.
