POP and IMAP Secure does not working

Hi folks,

I have a XG device V18 with POP3, POP3S, IMAP and IMAPS scanning enabled according this KB

We tried connect to office365, gmail without success, even MTA mode and Legacy Mode.

The email client only got success when the POlicy Rule is disabled.

 

Does someone has any info about this kind problem ?

    which CA did you install, the default or the XG with serial number in its name. I usually install both on mth on Apple devices because some applications like one and others like the other CA. Doesn't really make sense. Mail services bing the most difficult to get working successfully.

    I had mail scanning working in the original V18 MR-1 but the later version failed and I had to delete the CAs and start a fresh. Interestingly my ISP has a CA with a common name and multiple alias and when using ht esliases I get continual failures on some apple devices, so I changed to the common name and the issue vanished.

    I did uninstall, recreated, change name and change internal info of certificate.

    Even so not working.

    Any other suggestion?
