POP and IMAP Secure does not working

Hi folks,

I have a XG device V18 with POP3, POP3S, IMAP and IMAPS scanning enabled according this KB

We tried connect to office365, gmail without success, even MTA mode and Legacy Mode.

The email client only got success when the POlicy Rule is disabled.

 

Does someone has any info about this kind problem ?

    I'm facing the same issue.

    I had installed the UTM certificate in Windows and in Mozilla Thunderbird (It's where I'm configuring the account).

    When I active the scan over IMAP/IMAPS and POP3/POP3S I can't register the mail account.

    If I enable the scan after register email account, the messages does not received.

    When I deactive scan, the mail accout was created and messages are received.

    I'm using an XG 125 with v18.

    do you mean the XG CA, not the UTM CA?
