IPTV/IGMP Multicasting help with XG firewall Fioptics

****** edit- the ip ranges on this post are random   I run different and unique subnets in my network.  Didn't want to post those

After an exhausting amount of searching with pfsense and now with sophos xg (Which I enjoy much more) i am having issues getting my Tv's in my house to work.  Current setup is as follows

I have an old TP link home network wifi router.   On this, there is a simple check mark to turn on IPTV support.

Line from Fioptics comes into that.

two network cables come out.  ONE to MOCA adapter which pulls out the multicast feed and converts to Coaxial cable to tv box's in the house.

Other line goes to my Computer running sophos xg v18 (just installed last week)   Intel quad nic installed.

Pot 1 - lan (10.10.10.10/24)

 Port 2 - Wan (10.10.10.20/24)

Port 3 - (10.10.10.30)attempting to use as tplink connection

Some old walk through I found for pfesnse had to do with igmp proxy.  I remember something about 239.0.0.0/8 network and 10.0.0.0 network and some rules around that.

If I leave Main internet connection through tp link, then to sophos then to my unifi switch powering that house. tv's work.  But, I don't want the old tplink sitting as denark for my house.  I can't get port forwarding to work.

If I put it behind firewall, and I follow this , still doesn't work.    Now, I don't know exactly what address's Cinci bell fiotptics uses.

Has anybody successfully got IPTV services using multicast/igmp to work?   I know it has to do with PIM-multicast.  Just no clue what to do.

Attached is a pic.  Red lines are what I want to get to.
