Any guides on how to setup nextcloud?

Hi, 

Currently have Nextcloud installed on one of my unraid servers which I am working on at the moment with help from the community :-) It used to work fine for a long while on PfSense I am just trying to get my head around everything still. 

My question is I am looking to find the best way to setup nextcloud as a new installation on a new server, this will replace the old nextcloud in about 12 months time but I need it to run similtaneously until then.  

I have installed WAF Webserver by just completing this first page under the heading Web Servers but have no idea what to put in Protection policies, Authentication policies, Authentication templates or General settings.

I have also set a firewall rule but the forward rule is greyed out? (My Nextcloud installation runs on port 180 (http) & 1443 (https)
