So we Decrypt & scan HTTPS traffic and we have a few exceptions setup for things like Spotify web which were being problematic for us.
We do have an issue at the moment with Microsoft Word Online not working with the Dictation feature. If you look at the below image it shows the error. When you click on the dictation tool it comes up with "We failed to connect to the Microsoft Speech Service. Please try again."
As soon as I switch off the "Decrypt & Scan HTTPS Traffic" it works immediately.
I am not sure how to go about testing what to do here. I already added exceptions from this here:

Any advice on how to determine what is going on here would be much appreciated.
