Probleme mit Mailserver Zertifikat

Question

Hallo 
 Hat jemand eine Vorschlag f&uuml;r mich, wie ich das Problem l&ouml;sen k&ouml;nnte. 
 Seit ich Sophos installiert habe, habe ich ein Problem beim Anmelden von meinem Outlook Client mit meinem externen Mailserver. Beim Aufstarten bekomme ich jedesmal einen Zertifikatsfehler, obwohl ich das Zertifikat importiere und auch die sogenannte unsichere Verbindung best&auml;tige. 
 M&uuml;sste ich eventuell etwas auf der Firewall machen? Zumindest suggeriert mir das Zertifikat sowas.

Outlook bzw. Microsoft gibt diese Meldung aus. Sophos Support hat ein Zertifikat f&uuml;r unaxus ausgestellt. Ist das Normal?

 Could you please follow the below given steps? 
 
 Open the Microsoft Management Console by typing "MMC" in the "Run" box. 
 Open Add or Remove Snap-ins by selecting FILE > ADD/REMOVE SNAP-IN... 
 Select Certificates from the list and click Add to display the Certificates Snap-in window. 
 Select the Computer Account and click Next . 
 Click Finish and close the list of snap-ins. 
 Click OK to add the certificates snap-in, which should now be visible in the Add/Remove Snap-ins window. 
 Expand the list of certificate containers, right-click Trusted Root Authorities and choose All Tasks > Import to start Certificate Import Wizard. 
 Import the Certificate downloaded in step 2 using this wizard. 
 
 If you will face the issue again after the above steps, I would recommend you to contact technical support to investigate the issue further.
