Sophos XG firewall content filtering could be applied on Firewall Rule, You can create firewall rule with IP address or MAC address.

You can also enable authentication for user or group base selection, Using a PC name is not possible.

Note: MAC-based internet filtering works only when the network nodes are directly connected to Sophos Firewall. In network scenarios where the nodes are connected via a firewall, router or a layer 3 switch, User-MAC binding must be enabled.
