Sophos Mobile Security tells me antivirus definitions are outdated

Hi there.

On my Samsung A3 with Sophos Mobile Security 7.2.2526 (19) I continuously get the information that the AV signatures are outdated. Still, don't know how to update them. Shouldn't this happen automatically?

Hi Flavio,

Are you using a standalone Application or is it managed via Sophos Mobile Control? If it is managed via Sophos Mobile Control, when did this issue begin?

It's a standalone app, which has come sort of "pre-installed" on my Samsung A3.

What can I do?

Hi Flavio,

Please try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it from the Play Store, where you will have the latest version. Let me know if this helps resolve your query.

Now the annoying information is not appearing anymore. I would uninstall and reinstall if it ever happens again.
