Currently looking at Sophos Mobile as we need some kind of MDM system in place for a cyber security certification we are going through. Currently have XGs, Endpoint, InterceptX etc so like Sophos for single pane of glass management.
I have got IOS devices enrolled fine. I am having issues with Windows 10. I have my Surface thats on 1709 and its domain joined.
I get the email from Central saying run the attached file, which I do, and there are no errors, but the device never reports in to Central.
I have gone through the email stuff as below...but just cant get it to register anything.
Any ideas?

Windows 10 version 1607 or higher:
Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school > Enroll only in device management.
If that option is not available, click the link ms-device-enrollment:?mode=mdm (or open Microsoft Edge and enter the link in the address field).
You might need to confirm a notification dialog to launch the Microsoft account application.
