I have a new user whose registration is showing successful on both the self service portal and the SMC server but she is not getting email. Device is an LG V20 on Verizon. Any suggestions?

1. Have you installed the Sophos Security app on your Mobile?
2. Are you expecting an email with a link to install the application?

Yes Sophos Security app is installed. We scan a QR code through Sophos Mobile Control for installation. Everything looks good on the server side.
