Secure EMail iOS: Play wav-file possible, but no sound

Hello World,

 

when i use an android device i can save .wav-files in secure workspace and play them. When i play them i can hear something.

In iOS i can play the .wav-file direct in Secure EMail App. But i can hear nothing.

Can anybody confirm that? Has anyone a solution?

    When you try to play the audio directly from Secure Email App, the reason why you don't hear anything is that the application does not have the decoder. Please try to download the audio file and play from the mobile and it should play (using device's decoder). Let me know if this helps resolve your query.
