When Link Checker is enabled, links to review messages from the 365 quarantine report emails display "no valid URL found"
This problem is present on multiple devices and the version in use is 9.7.3709
Can anyone help overcome this problem?

Apologies for the misunderstanding. On the settings of your Outlook app, make sure that it is set to your chosen browser for the Link Checker. So, you can choose the option "Open links with Default Browser". And then on the phone's settings, make sure to configure the default browser and set it to Chrome.
Let me know how it goes.
On the Outlook app, if set to default browser links don't open, only when Edge is selected.
My default browser for the phone is set to Intercept X.
What do you suggest?
