I have just installed Intercept X on my new tablet but when trying to enable web filtering it says it isnt available in managed mode but with no information how to rectify this. I have never had this issue on other devices. You need to indicate how this can be rectified within the app. Not good enough Sophos.
Can you confirm the OS of this device? Also, can you share the snapshot of the device status on your console?
Fire OS 7 based on Android 9. It's a Fire HD 10 tablet configured to install Google apps. All other play store apps work perfectly. Not sure what snapshot you mean? I'm guessing the Sophos dashboard.
Web filtering doesn't work in an Android Work Profile, perhaps that's your problem

I don't see why this is relevant to my device. Under corporate management it says the device is not managed yet when I try to enable web filtering it says unavailable in managed mode.A response from Sophoswould be appreciated but this would appear not to be forthcoming
Is your device not managed at all? No Android Work Profile? Not enrolled with Sophos Mobile?
