trotz der unten aufgeführten Einstellungen, werden die Kontakte bei Smartphones (Android 8 und 9) aus dem Enterprise Arbeitsprofil
nicht im Auto/Smartwatch/etc. per Bluetooth übertragen. Es werden nur die Rufnummern und nicht die hinterlegten Namen angezeigt.

I use these settings, but the contacts on smartphones (Android 8 and 9) aren´t transferred with Bluetooth from the Enterprise work profile into the car/smartwatch/etc.
Only phone numbers are displayed on the bluetooth device, the stored names aren´t transferred.
Can someone help me?

Secondly, upon referring to this document, when you check the "Allow work contact info for Bluetooth devices" option, connected Bluetooth devices display the caller’s name for incoming personal calls from work contacts. This means that the contacts will not be transferred to the Bluetooth devices, but the names will be displayed on the Bluetooth devices when any of your work contacts calls you. Please try this out and let me know if you still face any issues with this.
As I mentioned earlier, contact information will not be transferred to the Bluetooth device from your Android smartphone as it is not possible to do so at the moment. However, when there is an incoming call from one of your work contacts, then the name of the contact will be displayed on the Bluetooth device. Please find the description of the options highlighted by you below:
