Task timeout value need to increase

Unfortunately, we do not encourage or support modifying the task timeout. ^hs

that's perfectly understandable however we manage about 3000 devices in SMC and as we are now we are pushing out a very important update that MUST hit all devices, would you know the timeout limit? it would save me going into the system multiple times per day to check the state of devices.

i have searched for this but unable to find it in dpocumentation.

Timeout value depends on the task and its state. Please refer to the article Sophos Mobile Control 6.0 - Information about task timeouts and retries. Let me know if this helps resolve your query.
