Hi, is there any plans to integrate with a service board, instead of keeping the alerts within the portal plugin. For example we integrate all Automate alerts with our Connectwise Manage service boards. It would be nice to take the Sophos alerts, found in the Automate plugin and tie the alerts/service boards, either with Automate or Manage.
The short answer is yes. We're currently working on Ticketing for CW Manage and will work on Autotask after that release.

Watching the Integration Forums and Release Notes will be the best way to get updates when we go Early Access and then GA for this new feature. At this point I'm just waiting for the final approval for EAP to start.
