We've recently gotten our client list updated with keys and the like. I'm noticing a consistent "Error in synching" message on the Computers tab. Also, the Plugin Logs look to be struggling, possibly? Just want to try to offer up things as I notice them. Super excited about the plug-in and will help in any way.
Hey folks, thanks for your input. The application can error for a number of reasons, some of them being;
403: Generally related to a trial tenant where we don't allow API functionality for trials
429: Too many request from the application
While this is still a brand new application, I'd say the best thing to do is grab the audit logs and send them to me in a private message. I can then advise directly on our use case and if it's expected behavior, or a bug.
OK. Will do. I don't see anything working outside of what you describe, so I'm in good shape. If I notice anything out of the ordinary I'll pack up the logs and send. Many thanks
