We are detecting that the online paremeter in the endpoint API is empty, anyone knows how to fix this?
Or is there any other way to know if an endpoint is online?

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community forum.
I've inquired with our internal team about this. The "online" item is meant to be visible only in DEV and QA environments and not in prod. This has already been disabled in the public API, which is why we are unable to see the online item in the response.
As of now, we don't have a way to see the online endpoints via API in prod. We're also working on having our API documentation updated to reflect the correct details.
