We can no longer access the dashboard

Hello,

we have been unable to access the Partner Dashboard since today.

We can't access any customers, firewalls etc. We cannot record a ticket.

We are completely isolated.

What can we do?

  • FWIW, just tried our Central Partner portal access (I know it was working earlier in the week).  While I can log in, I get no customers, licenses, etc. in the view, the arrows just spin.  I think there's a serious issue here.

    Edit:  After a couple of minutes and a few reloads it did finally come up.  Very sluggish compared to earlier this week.
