Delete directory service

To delete a directory service, first you'll need to turn it off and purge the data. Please note that data purging cannot be undone. You may also refer to this Central documentation for more details: doc.sophos.com/.../index.html

Thaks. I did these steps but the entry still persists in the goblas settings -> directory services. Can i delete the entry?

Thank you for your patience. We've checked this with our internal team, and the "delete" functionality is currently not available for AD. This function is only added to the Azure AD directory service.

For Active Directory, you can turn off the directory service and purge its data, but you can't delete the entry in Sophos Central. This would be a feature request. I'll reach out to you via private message to provide more details.
