We have validated it on our side, and we can log in. We also raised this with our internal team if there's any interruption that happened a while ago, and we'll keep you posted here.

Can you guys try to access again Sophos central link again and let us know if you guys are still facing the issue?

no service unavailable message at the moment but Error 504 for Central Dswhboard

some weird things happening here - devices get no heartbeat for unknown reasons, they do not appear in the heartbeat.log and are not listed as device with HB, but for firewall communication HB requirement rules are allowed while HB requirement rules for WebFilter are denied....
