I have a challenge accessing Sophos Central. After successful user ID and password login, I get stuck on the next verification level requiring Security Code as shown below:
Sophos doesn't sent the code.
Where do I get the code? What button do I press to resend the code? What can do to get the code? How do I proceed?

Thank you for reaching out to our Sophos Community Forum.
The security code is sent to the same email address that you used to log in. Is this a new account? There are instances where there's a delay in receiving the email with the code. If this is still not working for you, I suggest closing this page and trying to access it again. If you're still unable to receive the code, please reach out to our Customer Care so they can check your account. You can reach out to them via chat, or by giving them a call.
