unistall agent without tamper protection

Hello

i need to unistall agent but i can't disable tamper because i don't see client on my control center (i don't know the reason!)

how to do?

I read many post but i can't modify Sophos MCS Agent registry key (access denied, i tried to change permission but it is impossible).

I tried to open recovert command promt but there is not sophos file (i tried to rename the sophosed.sys)

there is a way to unistall the client or add client on my central control?

    I have the same issue.

    I actually went to the "Logs and Reports" section, located the computer that had last been seen about three months previously, and took the tamper protection code from that. However that was not accepted either.

    I read somewhere you can log into safe mode and modify the Registry. However as I do not have local access to the computer, that is not an option.
