As usual - we need more people to report this issue. Installing endpoint gives error "Cannot connect to Sophos Central". Twitter help came back with the document for setting up firewall exclusions and ports ... not ideal when its been working fine for the last few years!
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by this. We're currently checking with our internal team why this issue happened. We'll keep you all posted here on this thread.
had these login errors on all sophos websites in the morning, recently it was working.
community, central and support portal all were not working
something I picked up this morning:
XG's TLS log showed: server did not respond to client hello
never seen a webserver writing error messages in the URL..
We have released a public-facing article related to the existing issue where you can watch for the upcoming update. As of now, our internal team is still investigating.
