We are planning to deploy Sophos CIXA in our customer environment.
before that we need to remove Customer's existing EPS - Palo alto cortex.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community Forum. Palo Alto Cortex is currently not on this Sophos CRT product list.
If Sophos CRT is unable to remove it, you'll need to either do it manually, or if you have any script, you can also make use of that.
