some times ago we have migrated from sec to sophos central.
In my AD i find some groups like shown at the attachment.
PureMessage is deinstalled. Can i delete this groups or are the used by Sophos Central?

The rest are safe to be removed, as these groups are only used by the SEC.

Yes, they're safe to remove. You can proceed on removing them any time you want.
