I can understand wanting to log people off when they are idle. But this is just too much.
If' I'm logged into a firewall via Central, reading an article and a competitor's firewall trying to address an issue between the two, it's not unusual that I get logged out of the firewall after about 15 minutes. This is way too aggressive to be functional.
It's not unusual to be WORKING in Central and get logged out anyway.

When I'm in a Sophos Training (I just finished Central Architect), I'll finish up the module, close it and find I am logged out of the training portal, have to log back into the Partner portal, go to training, search for the course I'm enrolled in, select the-self paced option, Open the course, open the next module. This is really not fun when you have to do this OVER and OVER.
When I'm logged into Central, managing a client, and I'm logged out, I'm at a login screen but I cannot login there as I don't have permissions to something. I have to start the entire partner login process all over again. This is apparently a known issue with Central. But maybe it's fixed in Central v4.0 - Cool thing happened today is when I tried to log back into to an expired Central login, it simply prompted for my MFA token. After months of dealing with this, I hope this is the permanent fix for this.

CPLAT-36762 where logging in gets you a text screen and you have to clear your cache used to be really common, but now it's only "not uncommon"
This is brutal Sophos. What can be done about the portal usability?
