Recording Information against a customer account

Hi,

I s there anyway to record notes and information against a customer's estate in Sophos Central? We manage multiple customers / sub-estates via the Sophos Central Enterprise Console, monitoring for certain alerts etc. It would be useful to have somewhere to record, in free text, any notes that might be relevant to that customer. Does anybody know if that functionality exists?

    Hi Glenn,

    Thanks for the reply. No, that is not what I was meaning. I was just looking for something like a simple text box or other sort of area that was linked to each sub-estate in the Sophos Central Enterprise Console where we could record any information that might be of use to someone who was doing some work on Sophos for that customer. There probably isn't, but I thought it was worth asking in case I had missed something when looking.
