I have since last week the problem that my customers are not loaded. Only an hourglass comes.

Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos Community Forum. We apologize for any convenience this may have caused. I tested it on my end and it works. Have you tried to log in with another browser? Clearing the cache also usually helps.
Let me know how it goes. If it still doesn't work, may I know when was the last time you were able to log in?
