I have had this issue for awhile and not sure if it has to do with v19.0 GA?
I can access the XG from CM, the report hub shows the alerts, but no data.
This morning I deregistered my XG from both CM and the XG while CM showed no firewall the XG showed it still connected being managed by CM before it was deleted from the XG.
The report hub allows for selection of 3 XGs, two with the same licence and both without data. How do i refresh CM so that it will display report data?
Magically, I know have data in the reports but only for a very duration.
Next how do I remove the duplicate licence from CM?
XG115W - v19.0.1 mr-1 - Home
