We have created a Sophos Central Dashboard in order to make some tests, but we finally build a new one to use in production.
How is it possible to delete the first dashboard in order to register the same email adresses in the second one ? (I'm getting an error message when I try to register my address in my admin user account, saying that email is already used for an admin account).
You can change the used Email address to "free the old one".
Unfortunately, we can't help you with that issue.
You need to contact our customer care supportline so they can free up that email address for you.

I was able to free my address but not to delete the last account : as it was used only for testing we never associated any licence with it and we don't have a partner register on this account.
