Email alerts from the email domain mtr.sophos.com to Gmail end up in spam.
SPF - Pass
DKIM - Fail
DMARC - Fail

Can you verify if a Sophos Email Appliance or Sophos Central Email is being used on your environment at this time?

The emails in question are general advisories like:
[ Security Advisory ] - Update - CVE-2021-44228 Apache Log4j 2 RCE – log4shell
from firstname.lastname@example.org via us-west-2.amazonses.com
to a Google Workspace address registered with MTR. There is no interaction with Sophos email products.

I had a chance to check on the internal investigation and the root cause has been found and is currently being worked on. I will follow up on this thread once the fix has been implemented.
