xg 105 shows disconnected in Sophos central firewall manager

I have a xg 105 firewall that shows as disconnected in Sophos central firewall manager.

It was staying synced until approximately three weeks ago.

I have all the settings configured as instructed by Sophos .

Does anyone have information on correcting the problem.

    I looked at the reference as to where to find log files

    I do not have console access to this firewall.

    The logs in the gui show that the firewall is receiving antivirus updates

    The logs also show that the firewall is not sending information to CFM

    Im not sure what the " garner logs " are or how to find them.
