Up2Data server down?

Hi,

after all the issues today, our ASG box is not updating it's patterns anymore. I'm stuck at version 12409. The up2date log reports the following:

Great, all the issues require a pattern update but now you can't even download them...

Astaro Up2Date Announcements read post Faulty Anti-Virus pattern - fixed pattern already released!

I learn a big lesson here disable these patterns and update manually. I have three modems with different providers so this would not happen and I was at dinner last night when I was getting frantic calls about no internet.

How about this for a request backup older up2date file and be able to hit restore and block this update. Also if internet down after update maybe do an auto rollback.

I've done everything that is written on this link Astaro Up2Date Announcements
(Faulty IPS pattern blocks all traffic - How to fix it! and Faulty Anti-Virus pattern - fixed pattern already released!.
But the problem is still here ( I cannot update current pattern version 12409 to the next one -12410)

What shall I do?

Hi,

Yes, but that letter doesn't describe the issue I'm having now, don't know if it's related with all events of today (I suspect it is), but my ASL box is stuck at 12409 and can't connect to the update servers. Browsing the web from behind ASL works fine with proxy enabled and single scanning on. I can't enable dual scanning yet since I don't have the required pattern update.

Is there a FTP location where we can download and install this update manually?
If so, what is the URL?

Unfortunately pattern updates cannot be downloaded and applied manually.

Same thing here. My system is still at Pattern version 12409 and it is NOT updating any more... Great.

Nobody has any tips on how to fix this?

Hi, you may manually update /etc/up2date/servers.sorted (prefered, because sticky) with some other servers or enter 'audld.plx --trigger --server v7up2date8.astaro.com:443' to directly trigger the up2date pattern downloader with another server (#8, which is in the Amazon Cloud).
