Inaccessible Webadmin and User Portal (v7.500)

After updating from 7.405 to 7.500 i can't access webadmin or user portal any more.
Webadmin was configured to use port 9002 and user portal is configured to port 4444.
The firewall listens to both ports (a telnet to both ports results in established connects without any messages), but attempts with https to those ports time out (no SSL warning appears).
Any hint to get back control?

    Are your sure that you haven't any DNAT rule that ''redirects'' both ports?. Try re-enable your UserPortal

    Yes, i am sure. It worked exactly until finishing up2date from 7.405 to 7.500.

    Same thing here, logging in to the console and running ifconfig shows that the eth0 interface
    has disappeared.

    Can you login via the other interface?  What happens if you restore by rebooting with an unencrypteds backup on a USB memory stick?

    I can't login to webadmin on the other interface, i restored a backup from the console but the interface hasn't gone up after restoring and a reboot.

    I bet you are stuck with reloading 7.405.  I would suggest going back to 4444 for WebAdmin before you Up2Date to 7.500.  You could change the User Portal access to 4443.  Also, you might want to leave yourself a "backdoor" to get into WebAdmin through the External interface.

    My port was on 4444 before upgrading, i think you are referring to the original poster.

    I opened a support case with Astaro, perhaps they will find a solution.

    Hi,

    i´m sorry, i re-installed my Astaro to v7.405, before i read your reply.

    but i´ve had another crazy "bug".
    -> i installed my Astaro new on v7.402 and updated with the Up2date-Files, which i´ve already downloaded from the ftp-servers, with v7.403 + v7.404 + v7.405 AND the new v7.500.

    The effect: I was able to enter the WebAdmin-Console!!! BUT -

    - there was a failure at the Dashboard Screen like this:

    Can't use an undefined value as a symbol reference at /PerlApp/core/modules/core_feed.pm line 45.

    - and that´s all... The other menue´s seemed to be OK but after a screen-refresh the failure at the Dashboard-Menue hasn´t gone...


    The difference between the first time and the second time was that i installed the update to v7.500 the first time after a long use of the Astaro, the second time was on a fresh unused Astaro...

    The Up2date-Files have been the same like before, already saved on my file-server, every one downloaded from the FTP-Servers...

    Seems like a bug or corrupted/defected Up2date Files, doesn´t it?

    Hope for a solution!
