Did sophos have any proper technical persons in Sophos Central

WE have Sophos Access point wpa2 enterprise wireless authentication with ldap server in Sophos Central and given all those fields which are needed for radius server authentication but when I am going to connect to the SSID its showing unable to connect to the network.

So we [#8368627] Support Request in Sophos also call but when we inform the technical person that our Access Point management console in Sophos Central they drop the issue and told us we will call back after some time or we will send your issue to hire authority.

But we did not get any solution.
