Since April 13th, some customers are receiving Central Email alerts in a different language. Central Email Alerts that are sent should be in the configured language of the Administrator that it is being sent to. This is not happening at the moment, and a fix is being investigated.
This article has been published to provide a workaround and will be updated when more information becomes available.
[Update] The expected fix for this email alert language behavior in Central Admin Dashboard is currently expected to be completed for Monday, May 6th.
