Ciao, abbiamo numerosi problemi sull'app Secure Email: alcuni utenti non inviano più mail , succede per qualche ora poi , casualmente, tutte le mail in coda in posta in uscita escono; alcuni non vedono la posta inviata, la cartella è vuota. Succede a chi utilizza l'app in modo costante, chi riceve ed invia meno mail non ne è affetto. Qualche suggerimento?

we are facing this problem only on Android and only on HUAWEI.
No messages displayed on app or phone.

This would require an in-depth investigation after collecting logs. I would request you to activate advance logging using this article and open a support case. It might be worth checking by re-installing Sophos secure email on any one of the devices and see if it works.
