    Hi All,

    This is likely to be due to the AV data expiring and therefore the appliance can't scan any Emails at all, particularly if the issue occurred at the end of March. The issue is reported in the reference ID: SEA-1215.

    Confirm this by looking for lines matching the below:
    grep "OUT OF DATE" /var/log/maillog

    If this is present then raise a support case with the working Access ID and the reference ID stated above and we will get it fixed.
