Blocking Netflix

Hi guys,

 

Im stumped, this is now day 3 that im struggling to block Netflix on our XG125, I just cant seem to get it blocked. The steps I followed:

 

1) Created a group and added both Netflix' URL and the word netlfix as keyword

 

 

2) Added my category to a Web Policy

 

3) Added my Policy to the Firewall

 

 

Am i doing something wrong? As it just doesnt want to block it, the same goes for Facebook and anything else i want to block?

    It would seem you have enabled option to be used by authenticated users from the set of host PC. If you are not using authenticatrion. Then you may need to remove the option "Match Known Users" .

    You may also check if the users are following the rule.

    Go to Diagnostics and Packet capture . Use a test IP and open in a browser.

    Check which rule the packet would follow and that should tell you if the conditions are correct or not.
