Newbie question about Sophos

Hello, i'm a real newbie using Sophos. I would like to configure the "FQDN", it's on Host and Service as i read but where i can find Host and Services ? Thank You !

Thank you and just to confirm, are you using Sophos XG or Sophos Central to manage the Sophos Endpoint & Security?

If it is XG, on the main page, under System > Hosts & Services, you can find the FQDN configuration. Please check the screenshot below:

Hello,

I'm using Sophos UTM via AWS on-demand licensing. However, I had a problem with my web server protection and web application became unavailable. Its already been working for more than a year.

I don't know whats going wrong with my sophos.
