Hi all, because of previous issues with PT (missing macro in attachement), therefore no Training has been trigered/started based on user activity, I had to create a Training Campaign as a standalone campaign.
I have now approx 300 users, who should complete the mandatory training, but I can´t "resend" a reminder manually via the button "sending training reminder" - because it is missing/ or I don´t see it in the admin. Am I wrong?
Is it possible to resend reminders to those, who didn´t started the Training yet?
One possible workaround in my mind: delete them from capmaign manually and then enroll them again. At this moment, it could be quite a lot of clicking...any other idea?
