Hello Vickneshwari Reddy,
not all keys necessarily exist. Actually these are two formats of the product code used in different places, it's sufficient that the code exists in one of the places for the install to fail. Did you retry the install, if not please do so. If it fails again post the latest logs.

Hello Vickneshwari Reddy,
the same error
on the surface, yes. Looks like you've solved the 3005. This time it actually commenced the uninstall. Just noticed that I've made an error, the key under UserData\S-1-5-18\Products\ should be 56BA44C6A819C384A95F387DD1878A2B. Sorry, my bad. Just noticed that the error is already in the linked article [:$] ... corrected it.

Hi Christian
I have did the mention steps now new error.Sophos Error.zip
Can anyone able to solve this error .8103.Sophos Error.ziphere is the log.
Hello Vickneshwari Reddy,
if the product keys are gone for good this shouldn't happen - either you've missed a piece or "something" besides the removal has happened between the install attempts.
The Microsoft Fix-It for install/uninstall problems is now available for Windows 10 as well, please give it a try. If it doesn't list Sophos Anti-Virus as installed program you'd have to use the Product Code {6C44AB65-918A-483C-9AF5-83D71D78A8B2}.

hii
I did the Microsoft install and Uninstall steps. It started to work but the Progress Bar Gets stuck .2664.Error.zip
Hello Vickneshwari Reddy,
you've said no Sophos program is listed under Programs and Features, is this still the case? I wonder why it uninstalls MTD (which is perhaps displayed as Sophos Network Threat Protection). Did you re-run the setup and is the result the same (stuck progress bar, another MTD uninstall log)?
Christian
Yes i have no Sophos Program Listed under Program and features,Error.123.zipAnd i have did reinstallation but same error This are the logs. And there are some folder like sophos bootstap and Sophos management, Sophos Autoupdate Setuo file available in the %temp%.
Hello Vickneshwari Reddy,
going through the whole list of possible errors [;)]?
Joking aside, this time it's a 1719, The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. You can search for it at support.microsoft.com and you'll find many references, but there doesn't seem to be a definitive article. A corrupted Installer might be the underlying cause for all your issues.
You could try the following from an elevated (Run as administrator) Command Prompt:%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /unregister
%windir%\system32\msiexec.exe /regserver
%windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /unregister
%windir%\syswow64\msiexec.exe /regserver
Restart and try the install again. If this doesn't help please see method 1 in kb2642495.
