“Download of Sophos Endpoint Defense failed from server” Error on multiple systems.

Hi Team,

We are facing issue with Sophos antivirus on lots of systems in our organiztion.

Systems are not getting updated in sophos and they are showing  error “Download of Sophos Endpoint Defense failed from server”. Also, we have observed that prevoisuly there are total 6 sophos plug-ins were installed on these systems.(Sophos Anti-Virus , Sophos AutoUpdate , Sophos Endpoint Defense , Sophos Network Threat Protection , Sophos Remote Management System and Sophos Ssyetm Protection)

But after 25th July, we can see that there are only 5 sophos plug-ins present. "Sophos system protection" plug-in is missing on them also it shows error"Download of Sophos Endpoint Defense failed from server".

 

Could you please help on this and assist on it accordingly.
